MUARA, Tuesday, 17 July 2018 – As part of the initiative to elevate awareness about the Military Legal Unit (MLU) to our Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) personnel, RBN Naval Training Centre invited Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) MLU to give a briefing to the participants of Petty Officer Leadership and Management Course Serial 01/2018 at the Naval Training Centre, RBN.
The briefing was presented by Captain Nida’Ul Aqilah binti Haji Mayassin, the Staff Officer Grade 3 Admin & Legislation from the MLU, RBAF who outlined the law as well as the importance of the military laws in RBAF. As a Senior Rates in the RBN, having a sound knowledge of a military law is important in order for them to excute any mission without jeopardising it. A question and answer session ensued after the briefing.
This MLU briefing was the first to be conducted and will be integrated with other courses run at the Naval Training Centre, RBN.
