MUARA, KHAMIS–JUMAAT, 11–12 SEPTEMBER 2025 – Seramai 29 peserta Kursus Kepimpinan PTB Kanan Sesi 2025 telah menganjurkan dua acara utama iaitu Majlis Ilmu dan Leadership Talk yang dilaksanakan di Mes Pegawai Waran, Bintara Kanan dan Bintara, Tentera Laut Diraja Brunei (TLDB). Kedua-dua acara ini merupakan sebahagian daripada modul pembangunan kepimpinan yang dikendalikan sepenuhnya oleh ahli kursus, dengan turut dihadiri oleh Sarjan Mejar Rejimen Pangkalan, Pegawai Waran Penguasa Cawangan dan Pengurusan, President dan Deputy Mes Committee serta jurulatih-jurulatih kepimpinan.
Majlis Ilmu pada 11 September 2025 menekankan nilai Islam sebagai asas kepimpinan berkesan. Penceramah undangan, Pegawai Agama TLDB Ustaz Mas Ismandi bin Hasan, menyampaikan ceramah bertajuk “Kepimpinan Dalam Islam”, yang menekankan peri pentingnya akhlak, integriti dan amanah. Majlis ini turut diserikan dengan kehadiran Tetamu Kehormat, Timbalan Pegawai Turus Rancangan TLDB, Leftenan Komander Abu Qusyairi bin Haji Yacob, TLDB.
Pada 12 September 2025, kursus ini meneruskan agenda dengan Leadership Talk di bawah modul Teori 4P, yang memberi tumpuan kepada model kepimpinan merangkumi nilai, kebolehan, gaya, sifat dan kemahiran. Tetamu Kehormat, Leftenan Komander Mohamad Hasmin bin Hj Hashim, TLDB, Pegawai Memerintah Logistik, Markas Perkhidmatan Bantu TLDB, menekankan kepentingan membina keyakinan diri dan kebolehan mengurus acara sebagai ciri utama seorang pemimpin.
Melalui kedua-dua inisiatif ini, Kursus Kepimpinan PTB Kanan Sesi 2025 bukan sahaja memperkukuhkan kefahaman peserta mengenai aspek kepimpinan dari perspektif rohani dan praktikal, malah membuktikan komitmen TLDB dalam melahirkan pemimpin yang berwawasan, berdisiplin dan sistematik.

SENIOR NCOS LEADERSHIP COURSE 2025 ORGANISES MAJLIS ILMU AND LEADERSHIP TALK
MUARA, THURSDAY–FRIDAY, 11–12 SEPTEMBER 2025 – A total of 29 participants from the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCO) Leadership Course 2025 organised two key events, a Majlis Ilmu and a Leadership Talk, held at the SNCOs’ Mess, Royal Brunei Navy (RBN). Both events formed part of the leadership development module and were fully managed by the course participants. The sessions were also attended by the Base Regimental Sergeant Major, Senior Warrant Officers from Administration and Management, the President and Deputy President of the Mess Committee, and the leadership instructors.
The Majlis Ilmu on 11 September 2025 underscored the importance of Islamic values as the foundation of effective leadership. The invited speaker, RBN Religious Officer Ustaz Mas Ismandi bin Hasan, delivered a lecture entitled “Leadership in Islam”, which highlighted the significance of integrity, trust, and moral conduct. The session was further graced by the Guest of Honour, Staff Officer Grade 2 (Planning), RBN Headquarters, Lieutenant Commander Abu Qusyairi bin Haji Yacob, RBN.
On 12 September 2025, the course continued with a Leadership Talk under the 4P Theory module, focusing on a leadership model that encompasses values, abilities, styles, traits, and skills. The Guest of Honour, Lieutenant Commander Mohamad Hasmin bin Hj Hashim, RBN, Officer Commanding, Logistics, Support Services Headquarters RBN, emphasised the importance of self-confidence and event management skills as key attributes of a leader.
Through these two initiatives, the SNCO Leadership Course 2025 not only strengthened participants’ understanding of leadership from both spiritual and practical perspectives but also reflected RBN’s commitment to shaping leaders who are visionary, disciplined, and systematic.
