BERAKAS, Thursday, 25 October 2018 — 12 Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) personnel were among the graduates of the 26th Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) Convocation Ceremony at International Convention Centre (ICC), Berakas. A total of 10 personnel had successfully attended HNTec in Marine Engineering at IBTE Jefri Bolkiah Campus (JBC), Kuala Belait and 2 personnel had completed HNTec in Telecommunication System at IBTE Sultan Saiful Rijal Campus (SSRC), School of Aviation, Berakas.
The Guest of Honour for the ceremony was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sulaiman, Minister of Education, Negara Brunei Darussalam. Also present were senior officers from the education department and institutes as well as from other government sectors .
