MUARA, Tuesday, 12 August 2020 – The Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Major General Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, made a farewell visit to the Royal Brunei Navy this morning.

 Upon arrival to the Multinational Coordination Center (MNCC), the Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces received the quarter guard, mounted by Royal Brunei Navy personnel. His arrival was welcomed by Commander of Royal Brunei Navy, First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili @ Suhaily, as well as senior officers at the Royal Brunei Navy.

 A farewell ceremony was held at the Multi-purpose Hall in Muara Naval Base, where the Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces gave a speech that underscored the importance of discipline and conduct, maintaining standards and professionalism, and quality leadership. He also highlighted the distinctive naval tradition that sets Royal Brunei Navy apart from the other services, and it is one that should be a source of pride and thus, continually nurtured.

 The farewell visit was also held in tandem with Fit For Role inspection, conducted by the Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
