MUARA, Thursday, 22 October 2020 –The handing over ceremony for Mobile Fuel Station was held at the POL Station, Muara Naval Base. The construction of the project started since 14 April 2020 and completed on 15 October 2020, certified by the Brunei Shell Petroleum. The entire project was contracted to Dandy Jaya Sdn Bhd with the capacity of 30,000 liters which also includes a 33 meter gangways and a floating pontoon.
During the ceremony, the mock key was handed over from the main contractor, Dandy Jaya Sdn Bhd to Directorate of Development and Work Services (DDWS), Ministry of Defence which was then passed to Commander Surainawati binti Haji Abdul Samat, Commanding Officer Logistics, RBN and finally to Deputy Commanding Officer Support Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force as an end user.
The ceremony ends with a recitation of Doa Selamat and a tour to the reconstructed facility.
