MUARA, Friday, 11 December 2020 – A total of 30 participants of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) personnel have successfully completed the Able Rate Leadership Program Series 03/2020, which took place at the Dewan Nakhoda, Naval Training Center(NTC), RBN.
Present as the guest of honor was 957 Lt Kdr Abdul Azim bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Officer Commanding of Support Squadron. Also present at the ceremony were 1230 Lt Dya Dk Nur Aqilah Radziah Binti Pg Hj Mohd Ali, Administrative Officer, Warrant Officer 1 Ismail Bin Haji Tamin, Senior Ranks and instructors of the course.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by 51226 Able Rate Zakiruddin bin Hi Awg Jalil and the recitation of Surah Al Baqarah, verses 30 to 37 recited by 50633 Able Rate Muhammad Abu Zar bin Pengiran Hj Md Ali followed by reflection speech representative from course participants presented by 51104 Able Rate Abdul Rahman @ Iskandar Dzulkarnain Bin Kassim.
The course was successfully conducted for 2 weeks which was managed by the Marine Training School, NTC starting from 27 November 2020 until 11 December 2020. The objective of this course is to produce an Able Rate who is able to carry out tasks effectively, disciplined and an accountable personnel.
The ceremony ended with the recitation of the closing prayer and a photo session with the Guest of Honor.
