MUARA, Friday, 1st December 2023 – In commemoration of the Royal Brunei Navy’s (RBN) 58th Anniversary held a cleaning campaign at the Muara Naval Base and concurrently organised a humanitarian fund collection for Palestinians in Gaza. The objective of the cleaning campaign was to encourage shared responsibility on maintaining environmental cleanliness amongst RBN officers and personnel.
The cleaning campaign commenced with a donation drive in support of Palestinians in Gaza before proceeding to clean areas within the camp.
The cleaning campaign and fund collection for Gaza relief efforts is part of a series of RBN efforts to alleviate the difficulties and hardships faced by Palestinians in Gaza. Another cleaning campaign and fund collection will be held next week followed by a walkathon during the week after.
