MUARA, Thursday, 04 April 2024 – Captain Haji Mohd Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, RBN, the Acting Commander of Royal Brunei Navy, concurrently received a farewell call from Colonel Khanchit Wichaworn, outgoing Defence Attache Thailand and an introductory call by Captain Woravit Pranet, the incoming Defence Attache Thailand at Bilik Pahlawan, Royal Brunei Navy Headquarters.
During the call, Captain Haji Mohd Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin expressed gratitude for the contributions of Colonel Khanchit Wichaworn for all the cooperation and support accorded to RBN and the RBAF during his tenure as Defence Adviser since 2021, and extended a warm welcome Captain Woravit Pranet. He reiterated the RBN’s commitment to strengthening maritime cooperation and enhancing regional security in collaboration with the Royal Thai Navy.The Acting RBN Commander wished the outgoing Defence Attache and his family a smooth transition and success towards his future endeavours.
The call concluded with gift exchanges and photo sessions.
