OFFICERS’
MESS,
Friday, 16 February 2024 – With
the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin
Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul
Khairi Waddien, the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam,
a total of four RBN officers were promoted today.
The
ceremony witnessed three officers promoted from Acting Commander
(RBN) to Substantive Commander (RBN), namely Commander Pengiran
Mohammad Faren bin Pengiran Mohamad Noor, Commander Malai Haszahrin
bin Malai Yusof and Commander Malek Fadillah bin Pehin Dato Juragan
Laila Diraja Dato Seri Pahlawan Hj Kefli meanwhile Commander Ade
Roddiane bin Hj Mohd Rosdi promoted from Lieutenant Commander (RBN)
to Acting Commander (RBN).
The
insignia presentation was presented by Major General Dato Paduka Seri
Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of RBAF, at the
Bolkiah Garrison this morning.
Present
at the ceremony were Services Commanders, Commandants, Senior RBAF
officers, officers of the Ministry of Defence and RBAF, and family
members of those present.
The
ceremony was blessed with a Doa Selamat by the Head of the RBAF
Religious Department (JAMAAT), Commander Haji Ainolnizam bin Haji
Ibrahim, RBN.
