BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, Friday, 14 July 2023 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) participated in the Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) Career Fair 2023 held
from 12th July 2023 until 13th July 2023 at the Chancellor Hall, UBD. The event was organised by the UBD Career Centre, the Centre of Networking, Employment and Career Training (CoNECT) to serve as a platform for graduates and jobseekers to engage with potential employers. Present as the Guest of Honour during the Opening Ceremony was Dr. Haji Azman bin Ahmad, permanent secretary (Higher Education), Ministry of Education.
At the Career Fair, RBN was represented by the Human Resource Cell (HRC), Maritime Technical School (MTS), Maritime Operation School (MOS) and Naval Surface Action Group (NAVSAG). RBN’s participation in the Career Fair is aimed to attract public interest to venture into the career of a military personnel, as well as to promote and showcase careers within the RBN in depth. Along with the RBN, the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) and the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) also participated in the Career Fair.
