MUARA NAVAL BASE, 14 December 2022 –
In commemorating Royal Brunei Navy’s (RBN) 57th anniversary, RBN organised a Family Day Open Office involving all five (5) major departments namely, RBN Headquarters, Fleet Headquarters, Support Service Headquarters, Naval Training Centre, and Base.
The event was opened to RBN personnel family members giving them the opportunity to observe RBN’s working environment and strengthen family values through various interactions and family activities.
Among the activities organised were RBN ships visit, ship ride on board KDB PUNI, games, lucky draws, bouncers, a ride on the 4-tonner trucks, live band performances by the RBN Band, and display booths from various departments such as base defence and NAVSAG. Food stalls operated by family members and outside vendors were also invited to partake in the event to further liven up the occasion.
