Navy held a recitation of Surah Yaasin and 100 days Tahlil ceremony followed by Maghrib and Isya’ prayers for the passing of Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji ‘Abdul ‘Azim
ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah
Attending as the guest of honour was Captain Haji Mohd Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, RBN,Deputy Commander of the RBN. Also in attendance were RBN senior officers, officers and personnel including civilians of Muara Maritime Services (MMS).
The ceremony began with mass Maghrib prayers followed by the recitation of Surah Yassin and Tahlil lead by Imam Faidil Rosemady bin Mohammad and concluded with mass Isya’ prayer.
The mass recitations of Surah Yaasin and Tahlil were also held at mosques, suraus and religious halls allocated across the country.
