MUARA, Friday, 07 August 2020 – The closing ceremony of the Advance M1 Marine and Weapon Engineering Admin Course series 01/2020 was held at the Nakhoda Hall of the Naval Training Centre, NTC.
The Guest Of Honour of the event was the Lieutenant Commander Amirul bin Haji Muhammad, Weapon Engineering Officer, Royal Brunei Navy. Also in attendance were RBN officers, instructors and senior ranks.
A total of 24 participants attended the course. The course was successfully conducted over a span of 12 weeks from Monday, 04 May 2020 until Friday, 07 August 2020 under the management of Maritime Technical School, RBN. The course is a mandatory for Leading Hand personnel for their career progression.
The goal of this course is for the course participants to gain and improve the knowledge, professionalism and their personal ability to carry out their duties as the future head of marine engineer or weapon engineer onboard RBN’s ship.
The closing ceremony concluded with recitation of
‘Doa Selamat’ and a group photo session with the Guest of Honour, officers, instructors and the course participants.
