MUARA, Wednesday, 11 December 2019 – Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a promotion ceremony Series 04/2018 and 02/2019 for 18 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs). The ceremony was held at the Warrant Officers’, Chief Petty Officers’ and Petty Officer’s Mess, RBN.
Present at the ceremony as the Guest of Honour was Captain Pengiran Mohamad bin Pengiran Haji Damit, RBN, Acting Commander of Royal Brunei Navy. Also in attendance were RBN Senior Officers, Officers, Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and family members of the promoted personnel.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the presentation of the insignias by the Guest of Honour and concluded with a
Do’a Selamat.
