MUARA, Friday, 08 November 2019 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held The Closing ceremony of its Dikir Maulud at Surau Al-Huda, RBN. Present at the closing ceremony as the Guest of Honour was First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Hj Suhaili @ Suhaily, Commander RBN. Also present were Senior Officers, Officers and personnel of RBN.
The closing ceremony began with the recital of Surah Al-Anbiya, verses 105 – 112 read 1286 Lieutenant Junior Grade Mohd Amirul Shahdani bin Jasni. The ceremony was then followed by mass Maghrib Prayer,
Dikir Assalamualaika and
Dikir Syarafil Anam, mass Isyak Prayer and concluded with
Dikir Marhaban led by Imam Faidil Rosemady bin Mohammad, Imam of Surau Al-Huda.
The Dikir Maulud Closing Ceremony was held simultaneously throughout all RBAF suraus to officially usher in The Birth Celebration of our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) held every 12 Rabiulawal of the Islamic (Hijrah) Calendar.
