MUARA, Monday, 04 November 2019 – First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili @ Suhaily, Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) received a courtesy call from Captain (Navy) Alexander T. Shvarz, The Commander of the 36th of Combat Ships of the Pacific Fleet, Russia Federation at RBN HQ.
During the courtesy call, Commander RBN gave a very warm welcome to RBN and Brunei Darussalam to Captain (Navy) Alexander T. Shvarz and his delegations. Both exchanged views and highlighted matters of common naval and military cooperation and interests. Both sides also are looking forward for future port visits exchanges, bilateral and multilateral exercises between both navies.
The courtesy call was concluded with gift exchanges between Commander RBN and Captain (Navy) Alexander T. Shvarz and his delegation and a group photo session. RFS VARYAG, RFS ADMIRAL PENTELEEV and RFS PECHENGKA made a post visit to Brunei Darussalam from Sunday to Thursday, 03-07 November 2019.
