MUARA, Thursday, 28 February 2019 – A religious class was held at Nakhoda Hall, Naval Training Centre (NTC) for officers and crew who will join Royal Brunei Navy (KDB DARUTTAQWA) long deployment series 01/2019 to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Langkawi, Malaysia from 12 March to 05 April 2019. The religious class was taught by Ustaz Muhammad Rafiuddin bin Haji Md Ali, a religious teacher from NTC.
The talks mainly consisted of topics that outlined the
fiqh of travel, in which he discussed on the definitions of a Musafir and its rulings that include prayers during travel (Jamak and
Qasar). The class ended with a discussion and question and answer session that clarified any issues at hand.
