MUARA, Thursday, 08 November 2018 – A promotion ceremony for the 9 personnel of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) was held at the Senior Rates Mess, Muara Naval Base. Presenting the rank insignias to 9 RBN Personnel was First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad, Commander of RBN.
The list of promoted personnel are as follows, 2 personnel received Substantive Warrant Officer 2, 7 personnel to Acting Chief Petty Officer. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah by Ustaz Muhammad Rafi’uddin bin Haji Ali, Religious Teacher of RBN.
The ceremony concluded with a Doa Selamat and light refreshments. Also present during the ceremony were RBN senior officers, officers, RBN personnel and family members of the promoted personnel.
