MUARA, Wednesday, 1 August 2018 – The course participants of Petty Officer Leadership and Management Course Serial 01/2018 from syndicate 1 organised a mess study event at the Senior Rates Mess, Muara Naval Base. Present as a guest of honor was the Second in Command Naval Sea Training School, Lieutenant Junior Grade Mahdini bin Sabli, RBN.
The course participants from each syndicate were given different agenda to be presented to the guests. The event was conducted as an initiative from the Naval Training Centre to give exposure to the course participants to be involved in mess activities. A question and answer session ensued after each presentation.
Also present during the event were Navy Sergeant Major, President of the Mess Committee of the Senior Rates Mess and instructors from Naval Training Centre. The event concluded with a recitation of Doa Selamat by Petty Officer Mohd Nurul Iman bin Haji Salleh, RBN followed by a group photo session.
