Muara Base, 18th December 2014 – A Seaday Promotion Exam (PROMEX) has been carried out by KDB DARULEHSAN for Captain (L) Malek Fadillah bin Pehin Dato Haji Kefli to be promoted to Major (L). The aim of the PROMEX is to test an officer of their abilities and knowledge on whether one is fit and capable on becoming a Mid-Officer.The exam was invigilated by the Fleet Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, Liutenant Colonel (L) Haji Yusuf bin Masron along with Patrol Vessel (PV) Commanding Officer’s Liutenant Colonel (L) Haji Suhailee bin Haji Pungut (KDB DARUSSALAM), Lieutenant Colonel (L) Willie bin Padan (KDB DARULEHSAN) and Lieutenant Colonel (L) Khairil bin Haji Abdul Rahman (KDB DARUTTAQWA).
Captain (L) Malek Fadillah conducted an Appreciation Briefing yesterday about the preparations for the execution of the Seaday PROMEX.
