Muara, 18 December 2014 – A familiarization training was conducted by 13779 Cpl (L) Budiman bin Nawi assisted by two instructors to demonstrate and educate 5 personnel from Support Squadron by using Military Transportation Boat.The objective of the training is to provide exposure and experience to new personnel to familiarize them with the riverine environment as well as to train them to take over as future boat operators.
The training started with a safety brief, checklist of tasks prior to departure and other responsiblities as a boat operator. The 8 hours training was conducted around Pulau Muara Besar and along Temburung River.
