KIULAP, Friday, 31 July 2026 – The Support Services Headquarters (SSHQ) of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) hosted a Jasamu Dikenang ceremony on Friday evening at the Seri Sutera Hall, Kiulap Mall. The event was held to honour retiring personnel, formally recognising their dedicated service, unwavering commitment, and invaluable contributions throughout their tenure.

​Commander Haji Ainolnizam bin Haji Ibrahim, RBN, Commandant Support Services, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Also in attendance were SSHQ officers, personnel, invited guests, and family members. The event highlighted the strong sense of camaraderie, appreciation, and unity that continues to define the SSHQ community.

​As part of the proceedings, a special video montage showcasing memorable moments from the retirees’ careers was presented. This was followed by a heartfelt sharing session, during which the retirees reflected on their experiences and cherished memories. They also imparted words of encouragement to serving personnel, urging them to continue carrying out their duties with utmost dedication in service to religion, the monarch, and the nation.

​The ceremony concluded with the presentation of commemorative tokens by the Guest of Honour. This was followed by a group photograph session and the signing of the Lembaran Kenangan, symbolising the RBN’s lasting appreciation and respect for the retirees’ dedicated service to the organisation.
