MUARA, Monday, 30 October 2017 – Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) handed a donation to victim of recent house fire, 52116 OR Muizz bin Jamaluddin, RBN. The donation to OR Muizz was handed over at a ceremony at Naval Training Centre, RBN.
Present to hand over the donation was the Commander of RBN, First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad. The donations were contributed by the RBN Welfare Fund, RBN personnel and individual donors.
On 28th October, the house of OR Muizz’s family in Kampong Muara was destroyed by fire. The family is currently staying with his grandmother in Kampung Lambak Kanan. The presentation of donation is RBN’s continuous effort to ease the burden and help the welfare of personnel in need.
Also present at the donation ceremony were Senior Officers, Officers, and RBN personnel. The ceremony later concluded with Doa Selamat by WO1 Hj Mazlan bin Badul, RBN.
