MUARA, Monday, 4 March 2024 – The Defense and Armed Forces Attaché of the Republic of the Philippines to Brunei Darussalam, Colonel Garry L. Atienza Paf (CSC), paid a courtesy call to Captain Haji Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, Acting Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), at the RBN Headquarters today.
RBN PARTICIPATED IN THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE CLEANING CAMPAIGN
TEMBURONG, Friday, 1 March 2024 – The Ministry of Defence launched a cleaning campaign in Temburong District to keep Brunei Darussalam free of pollution and maintain a clean environment.
NAVAL TRAINING CENTRE CONDUCTED A CLEANING CAMPAIGN AT SERASA BEACH
SERASA, Friday, 01 March 2024 – The Naval Training Centre (NTC) conducted a cleaning campaign at Serasa Beach, organised by participants of the Advanced Marine Engineering and Weapon Engineering M1 Career Course. Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Mohamad Amirul Azwan bin Hj Dullah, RBN, Assistant Commanding Officer Sea Training Development.
ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY RECEIVED A WORKING VISIT FROM DEFENCE ATTACHÉS/ADVISERS ACCREDITED TO NEGARA BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
MUARA, Thursday, 29 February 2024 - Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) received a working visit from 13 Resident and Non – Resident Defence Attachés / Advisers accredited to Negara Brunei Darussalam. The working visit was hosted by Captain Khairil Haji Abdul Rahman, RBN, Acting Deputy Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy.
CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION CEREMONY AND CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE JUNIOR RATES LEADERSHIP COURSE SERIES 01/2024
MUARA, Tuesday, 27 February 2024 – The Certificate Presentation Ceremony and Closing Ceremony for the Junior Rates Leadership Course Series 01/2024 was held at Serasa Watermanship Complex, Royal Brunei Armed Forces. The guest of honour for the event was Lieutenant Mohamad Amirul Azwan bin Haji Dullah, RBN, Assistant Commanding Officer Sea Training Development. Also in attendance were Drill Sergeant Major, Head of Department, Senior Rank, PMC Marine’s Club and instructors.
FLAG LOWERING CEREMONY IN CONJUNCTION WITH BRUNEI DARUSSALAM’S 40th NATIONAL DAY
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sunday, 25 February 2024 – Brunei Darussalam’s giant-sized national flag hoisted since 16 February was lowered down in a ceremony marking the end of the hoisting period in conjunction with Brunei Darussalam’s 40th National Day celebration. The ceremony took place in the vicinity of Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex.
