COMMANDER ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY INTRODUCTORY VISIT TO THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE
Singapore, Thursday, 02 October 2014 – The Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Abdul Aziz bin Haji Mohd Tamit, his spouse, Datin Sakdiah binti Haji Mohammad Noor and delegation made a three day introductory visit to Singapore from 30 September to 02 October 2014.

Muara Base, Friday 19 September 2014 – A promotion ceremony of Senior Non Commissioned Officers (NCO) and Junior NCOs of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) personnel was held at the Warrant Officers & Sergeants’ Mess, Muara Naval Base. Presenting the rank insignias to the 65 RBN Personnel was the acting Royal Brunei Navy Commander, Colonel (L) Pengiran Norazmi Bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad.

RBN RECEIVES A STUDY VISIT FROM SINGAPORE ARMED FORCES WARRANT OFFICERS SCHOOL
MUARA, Wednesday, 17 September 2014 - Members from the 18th Joint Senior Leadership Course (18th JSLC), Singapore Armed Forces Warrant Officers School, visited Royal Brunei Navy (RBN). Upon arrival at the Multi-National Coordination Centre (MNCC), the delegation consisting of 37 Warrant Officers and Military Experts headed by Lieutenant Colonel Johan bin Mohammad Haron, Commanding Officer of Singapore Armed Forces Warrant Officers School, were welcomed by Lieutenant Colonel (L) Willie bin Padan, acting Commanding Officer Naval Training School and RBN Regiment Sergeant Major, Warrant Officer 1 (L) Pengiran Mohammad Soffian Bin Pg Haji Metussin.
COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY ATTENDED THE 21ST INTERNATIONAL SEAPOWER SYMPOSIUM
Newport, Rhode Island, Tuesday 16 September 2014 - The 21st International Sea power Symposium (ISS 21) a biennial event hosted by the United States Navy and U.S Naval War College, was held in Newport, Rhode Island for three days from the 16th to 19th September 2014 is the World’s largest gathering of Naval leadership, which provides a platform for group and individual discussions for the more than 100 countries represented this year.
COMMISSIONING OF NEW PATROL VESSEL, KDB DARUTTAQWA
MUARA, Monday, 08 September 2014 – His Royal Highness General Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izaddin Waddaulah, The Crown Prince, Senior Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office, and General of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) consented to commission the new Patrol Vessel of DARUSSALAM Class, DARUTTAQWA. The ceremony was held at the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Muara Naval Base.
