RBN WELCOMES PORT VISIT BY RSN RSS STALWART
MUARA, Tuesday 12 September 2017 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) welcomed a Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) warship, RSS STALWART, at Jetty Bravo, RBN. The visit is the second for RSS STALWART, the first was during Brunei International Fleet Review in 2011. The ship was greeted upon arrival by officers and personnel of the RBN, lead by Lieutenant Commander Ade Roddiane bin Hj Md Rosdi, Commanding Officer of KDB SYAFAAT.
EXERCISE PELICAN 35/16 DEACTIVATED
MUARA NAVAL BASE, Wednesday 31 August 2016 – The Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) and the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) have officially concluded their bilateral flagship naval exercise, Exercise PELICAN, which was held from 24 to 31 August.

BEIJING, PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA, Tuesday, 25 April 2017 – First Admiral Pg Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pg Haji Muhammad, the Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) was in the People’s Republic of China from 25 April to 27 April 2017 for an introductory visit during which he paid a courtesy call to the Commander of People’s Liberation Army-Navy (PLA-N), Vice Admiral Shen Jinlong at PLA-N Headquarters (HQ) in Beijing.

MUARA, Sunday 17 September 2017 - His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Minister of Defence and Supreme Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) consented to grace the Grand Parade for the 56th RBAF anniversary celebrations at the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Base in Muara today.

ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY AND ROYAL MALAYSIAN NAVY COMMENCES EXERCISE HORNBILL 26/2017
LUMUT NAVAL BASE, MALAYSIA, Monday, 18 September 2017 – A delegation of 12 personnel from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), headed by Commanding Officer KDB DARUSSALAM, Commander Haji Nor Ariwwin bin Haji Mohd Ali arrived at Lumut Naval Base to conduct the bilateral exercise code name ‘Exercise HORNBILL 26/2017’ at the Maritime Tactical Centre (PUSTAKMAR) commencing from 18th until 21st September 2017. This year’s exercise will be a Command Team Exercise utilising the Action Speed Tactical Trainer (ASTT).
