RBN HOSTED GIANT FLAG TO MARK HIS MAJESTY’S 70TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday 1 July 2016 – The flag hoisting ceremony to mark the start of nationwide celebrations of the 70th birthday of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni AlMarhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was held today at the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Complex’s open area in the heart of the capital.

RBN COMPLETES THE READING OF THE HOLY QURAN
MUARA NAVAL BASE, Monday 04 July 2016 – Today has marked another milestone for the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) in completing the reading of the Holy Quran during the month of Ramadan. It was commemorated with a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony held at the RBN Surau.

MUARA NAVAL BASE, Wednesday 5th July 2017 – Promotion ceremony of 33 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) and 31 Junior NCOs of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) personnel was held at the Senior Rates Mess. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah by Ustaz Mohd Raffiudin bin Hj Ali, Religious Teacher of RBN.
