OFFICER UNDER TRAINING COURSE VISIT TO THE MILITARY LEGAL UNIT, METEOROLOGICAL DEPARTMENT AND THE SURVEY DEPARTMENT
BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Wednesday, 18 April 2018 – The Officer Under Training Course (OUTC), Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) paid a visit to RBAF Military Legal Unit (MLU), the Brunei Darussalam Meteorological Department (BDMD) of the Ministry of Communications and the Survey Department of the Ministry of Development. Present during the visits were the Royal Brunei Technical Service staff, Naval Training Center (NTC) instructors and the young fleet officers.
FLEET CONCENTRATION PERIOD (FCP) 2018
Muara, Monday 9 April 2018 – FCP 2018 has officially begun on 9th April 2018 and will end on 20th April 2018. This year’s FCP involves all the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Fleet Operational Unit. The Main Objective for FCP is to build-up capacity on the Operational Planning Process at operational and tactical level and exercise maritime warfare procedural tactics in order to maintain preparedness and readiness of the fleet.

RBN JOINS SUBUH PRAYER AT SETIA ALI MOSQUE IN CONJUNCTION OF ISRA’ MIKRAJ
MUARA SETIA ALI MOSQUE, Friday, 13 April 2018 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) personnel joins Subuh prayer and special sermon hosted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs at the Setia Ali Mosque Muara in commerations of the historic event of Isra’ and Mikraj of Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam. The Guest of Honor for the event was the Minister of Defence II, Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof. Also present were the Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Services Commander, MINDEF directors, Senior Officers, Officers as well as the enlisted personnel consist of the Royal Brunei Navy and Royal Brunei Airforce.
COMMANDER RBN INDUCTED AS FIRST INTERNATIONAL MEMBER OF THE MALAYSIAN ARMED FORCES DEFENSE COLLEGE HALL OF FAME
Kuala Lumpur, Friday, 3 June 2016 – First Admiral Pg Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pg haji Muhammad, The Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) has been inducted as the 8th member also making him the first international member of the Malaysian Armed Forces Defense College (MAFDC) Hall of Fame last Friday. The induction was graced by Ybhg First Admiral Dato’ Sabri bin Kifli Zali, the Commandant of MAFDC at Trisakti Hall, Malaysian Armed Forces Headquarters (MAFHQ).
