CLOSING CEREMONY FOR BASIC NAVAL DIVING COURSE 2019
MUARA, Monday, 2 December 2019 – Three personnel from the Royal Brunei Navy successfully completed the 7-weeks Basic Naval Diving Course 2019, conducted by the Naval Surface Action Group (NAVSAG), led by Lieutenant Ak Muhd Rajaie bin Pg Razali, RBN, Acting NAVSAG Training Officer.

MUARA, Sunday, 1 December 2019 - Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) celebrated Family Day as part of an end of year event for officers and family members with a Treasure Hunt.
CLOSING CEREMONY OF THE PETTY OFFICER LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT COURSE SERIAL 02/19
MUARA, Friday, 29 November 2019 – The closing ceremony and certificates presentation for the Petty Officer Leadership and Management Course Serial 02/2019 was held at Nakhoda Hall, Naval Training Centre (NTC). Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Commander Malek Fadilah Bin Pehin Dato Juragan Laila Diraja Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Kefli, RBN, Executive Officer of KDB DARULAMAN. Also in attendance were instructors of NTC and RBN officers & personnels.
COMPLETION OF THE MARITIME OPERATIONS PLANNING COURSE (MAROPS) 2019
MUARA, Friday, 29 November 2019 - 15 Officers of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) have completed the second Maritime Operations Planning Course (MAROPS) conducted by the Naval Training Centre (NTC), RBN. The course is an assessment strategy for Lieutenants prior to their promotion to Lieutenant Commander. The objective of the course is to challenge the officers’ understanding and ability to conduct planning at the tactical level whilst having an appreciation of the operational level. The course exposes officers’ to the RBAF Operational Military Appreciation Process (OMAP) and its application in simulated by fictitious scenarios.
PARTICIPANTS FROM THE REGIONAL MARITIME COUNTER TERRORISM TABLE-TOP EXERCISE 2019 VISITS ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY
MUARA, Thursday, 28 November 2019 - The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) received a working visit from the participants of the Regional Maritime Counter Terrorism Table-Top Exercise (MCT TTX) 2019. The exercise consists of 23 participants from Australia, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Republic of Philippines, Republic of Singapore and Thailand. Upon arrival at Multi-National Coordination Centre (MNCC) Muara, the participants were welcomed by, Captain Norshahrinizam bin Haji Talib, RBN, Fleet Commander of RBN.
ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY PRIMARY SCHOOL CELEBRATED THE CONVOCATION CEREMONY OF STUDENTS YEAR 6
MUARA, Thursday, 28 November 2019 - Royal Brunei Navy Primary School celebrated the convocation ceremony of Students of Year 6 held this morning at the school’s multi-purpose hall. A total number of 38 students were celebrated after having successfully completed Year 6. Present as the Guest of Honour was Captain Pengiran Mohamad bin Pengiran Haji Damit, Acting Commander of Royal Brunei Navy. Also in attendance were parents as well as teachers and staffs of the primary school.
