AIDILFITRI 1444H SUNNAT PRAYER TO BEGIN THE MORNING SYAWAL

​​MUARA, Saturday, 22 April 2023 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) began the morning of 1st Syawal with the recital of Takbir Hari Raya followed by mass ‘Aidilfitri sunnat prayer at Surau Al-Huda, Muara. This morning event was then followed by ‘Aidilfitri sermon, which was led and delivered by Imam of Surau Al-Huda. Present during the event was Yang Mulia Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, RBN, Acting RBN Commander. Subsequently, Acting RBN Commander invited the congregation and the duty personnel on the first day of Syawal for a morning feast at Dewan Samudera.​

TAKBIR HARI RAYA TO MARK THE BEGINNING OF SYAWAL 1444H

​​MUARA, Friday, 21 April 2023 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held Takbir Hari Raya to celebrate the beginning of Syawal 1444H at Surau Al-Huda, Muara. The event began with mass Isya’ Prayer and Sunnat Hajat Prayer for KDB DARULEHSAN prior to her deployment to Republic of Singapore and Malaysia in the month of Syawal. These were followed Tazkirah delivered by Imam of Surau Al-Huda and subsequently Takbir Hari Raya which was led by Yang Mulia Captain Haji  Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, RBN, Acting RBN Commander. The fleet team was then led by Acting Fleet Chief of Staff, Commander Malek Fadillah bin Pehin Dato Juragan Laila Diraja Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Kefli, RBN, and also attended by fleet officers and personnel before the event concluded with the closing doa.​

​​MUARA, Wednesday, 19th April 2023 - The closing ceremony for the Sub-Lieutenant Course (SLC) 2023 for 14 young officers including first an international officer from the Republic Singapore Navy (RSN) was held at Nakhoda Hall, Naval Training Centre (NTC).
