MUARA, Tuesday, 19 December 2017 – Outgoing Philippine Defense and Armed Forces Attaché to Brunei Darussalam, Colonel Ernest Mark P Rosal paid a farewell call to the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pg Haji Muhammad.
During the call, Commander RBN took the opportunity to express gratitude and appreciation to Colonel Ernest Mark P Rosal for all the cooperation and support accorded to RBN and the RBAF during his tenure as Defence Attaché, which he has held since October 2014.
He was replaced by Colonel Jose Ricky Albinio Laniog PA on 30th November as the next Philippine Defense and Armed Forces Attache.
