MUARA NAVAL BASE, Thursday, 08 February 2018 – Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Yang Mulia Major General Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, made an introductory visit to Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Base. The Commander of RBAF’s arrival at the RBN Base was welcomed by the Commander of RBN, First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad and other senior officers of RBN.
The Commander of RBAF receives the Honorary Salute and subsequently, inspected the Guard of Honour comprising of the RBN personnel and RBN band.
The introductory visit started with a briefing on RBN’s current achievements and challenges, delivered by the Deputy Commander RBN, Captain Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili@Suhaily at RBN Headquarters meeting room. Also present at the briefing were Director of Logistics, Assistant Chief of Staff RBAF, Special Duty Officer (SSDO), Military Assistant to Commander RBAF and RBN senior officers. On completion, the Commander of RBAF then toured to RBN Jetty Alpha, KDB BERKAT, Synchrolift Alpha, Logistic Store Bravo, Decompression Chamber, Weapon Workshop, Synchrolift Bravo and lastly to KDB DARUSSALAM.
