MUARA, Friday, 25 May 2018 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Officers’ Mess recently held its Annual General Meeting (AGM), attended by Mess Members.

Amongst the attending Mess Members are Yang Mulia First Admiral Pengiran Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad, Commander RBN, as well as Senior Officers of RBN’s Executive Committee.

Chairing the meeting was by Commander Surainawati binti Haji Abdul Samat, RBN, President of RBN’s Mess Committee. The purpose of this year’s meeting was to discuss unresolved matters highlighted during the last AGM and also new items highlighted by mess members.

The attendees were also informed of the current financial health of RBN’s Officers’ Mess. Members paved opportunities for more get together events, formal or otherwise, to be organised before the next financial year.

The number of the RBN Officers’ Mess members over the last half decade has increases with current number rounding of at least 140 members. Meeting as such strives to improve relationships and interactions between members.

The meeting ended with attendees having at the very least, a positive outlook. The RBN Mess Committee, with continued support from all Mess Members, to make the planned activities carried out in satisfaction for all including families.
