BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Saturday, 2 December 2017 – Officers and personnel of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) joined His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan Of Brunei Darussalam and the thousands who participated in the the mass gathering and procession to commemorate the birthday anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) at the Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien. This year saw 494 personnel from the RBN participated.
The Maulud procession is an annual national event that involves government and private sectors, uniformed personnel, associations, schools and individuals. This’ year celebration carries the theme “Rasulullah Qudwah Pemimpin Adil”.
