MUARA, Tuesday, 19 December 2017 - The Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Pg Dato Seri Pahlawan Norazmi bin Pg Haji Muhammad received a courtesy call from the Master Chief Navy Republic of Singapore Navy, Military Expert 6 Richard Goh Leng Yan.
During the call, the Commander RBN acknowledged and expressed his appreciation for the warm and friendly bilateral defence relations between the two countries. They also discussed on the development of courses and training between both navies and also touched on the outstanding relationship between RBN and RSN that is close and special at all level.
Military Expert 6 Richard Goh Leng Yen and delegations arrived on the 18 December for the Senior Warrant Officers Exchange Programme in Brunei Darussalam which will be ended on the 21 December 2017.
