MUARA, Friday, 1 September 2017 - The Handing Over Ceremony for Head of Inspectorate Cell was held at the Nakhoda Hall, Naval Training Centre, Royal Brunei Navy. The ceremony took place between the outgoing Head of Inspectorate Cell, Commander Shahairil bin Haji Mohammad Shahlan, RBN who is handing over the post to the new Head of Inspectorate Cell, Commander Muhammad Hadi Syarifuddin bin Haji Muhammad Hassanal Mega, RBN.
Also present at the ceremony were Engineering Standards Cell, Staffs of Naval Inspectorate Cell, Instructors and Staff of Naval Training Centre.
The event started of with the Recital of Surah Al-Fatihah by Ustaz Mohd Raffiudin bin Hj Ali, Religious Teacher of RBN and followed with the signing of the handing over certificate of Head of Inspctorate Cell. Soon after that, Commander Muhammad Hadi Syarifuddin bin Haji Muhammad Hassanal Mega, RBN and Commander Shahairil bin Haji Mohammad Shahlan, RBN conveyed their speech respectively and the event was concluded with the recital of Doa Selamat.
Commander Shahairil served his tour as the Head of Inspectorate Cell starting from 5 May 2016 to 21 August 2017.
