Friday, 18 April 2014 – Naval Training school of Royal Brunei Navy (NTS RBN) has completed a Corporal Leadership 02/2014 course for 29 personnel including 3 female personnel. The course was conducted from 14th to 18th April at the NTS RBN.
 
Certificate presentation ceremony was officiated by the Guest of Honour, Lt Kol (L) Pg Mohammad bin Pg Haji Damit, Commanding Officer (CO) of NTS RBN.
 
He expressed his gratitude on the completion and success of the course and emphasised that enthusiasm, cooperation as well as esprit de corps are all important aspects in effective leadership.
 
In addition to that, effective leadership also includes practice of being influential to others in an organisation and everyday life.
 
Corporal Leadership course is conducted 3 times in a year and the objective is to introduce newly promoted Corporal on the importance of leadership during work as well as in everyday life. Leadership that has to be effective and influential to others is important for a success of an organisation.
