Friday, 16 May 2014 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) has met the 3rd of Corporal Leadership 03/2014 at the RBN Naval Training School which was scheduled two week from 2nd May with 26 navy personnel.Upon Completion, The Certificate Presentation was presented by the Guest of Honour, Maj (L) Hj Norbahrin bin Hj Mohammad, SO2 Training of Royal Brunei Navy.
He expressed his gratitude on completion and success of the course and emphasized that enthusiasm, cooperation as well as esprit de corps are the key factors of success in order to become a good leader. In addition, the student should maintain in standard on daily basis and show on a good practise so that it can be set on example to others.
Throughout the course, they learned the important charisma of being leader in terms of situational interaction, thinking process and value. Finally, the instructors are the key players to train the student to be motivated and inspired in order to be good leader and ready to serve.
