Bandar Seri Begawan, Wednesday 07 January 2015 – The Chief of Navy, Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) Rear Admiral Lai Chung Han arrived at Brunei International Airport (BIA) this afternoon at 1415H. His arrival with his wife and delegations were received by the Commander of Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Abdul Aziz bin Hj Mohd Tamit, his spouse Datin Sakdiah binti Hj Mohammad Noor, and Senior RBN Officers with spouses.
The Chief of Navy, RSN and his delegates had the opportunity to associate with the Commander of RBN through afternoon walk and sightseeing floral scenery at Bio Innovation Corridor (BIC), Jalan Tungku.
The cloudy afternoon made the park more picturesque and at the BIC the entourage took the opportunity to take photos of the scenic views. The park also has a non-season-sensitive greenhouse that features cactus, conifers and palm gardens, as well as a few species of orchids, vegetables, and some plants that cannot be grown in Brunei’s weather, but can thrive inside the greenhouse.
