MUARA, Wednesday, 16 SEPTEMBER 2026 – The Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) ship RSS JUSTICE conducted a port visit to Brunei Darussalam from 15 to 16 September 2026.
Upon arrival, the ship was received by Lieutenant Commander Azim bin Rahman, RBN, Executive Officer of KDB AL-FARUQ, alongside officers and personnel of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) and the RBN Band. The ship’s Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Arens Ong, was subsequently welcomed by the RBN delegation.
As part of the port visit, RBN officers, led by Commander Ade Roddiane bin Haji Mohd Rosdi, RBN, Deputy Fleet Commander, were invited on board RSS JUSTICE for a luncheon. This engagement provided an excellent opportunity for both navies to further strengthen professional relations and exchange views in a cordial setting.
Additionally, LTC Arens Ong, accompanied by Colonel Steven Ng, the Singapore Defence Attaché to Brunei Darussalam, paid a courtesy call to Captain Sonny Iskandar bin Rasani, RBN, Fleet Commander.
The visit concluded with RSS JUSTICE departing the Muara Commercial Port on 16 September 2026.
This port visit reflects the longstanding and close defence relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Singapore, significantly contributing towards the continued strengthening of professional ties and cooperation between the RBN and the RSN.
