MUARA, Wednesday, 6 September 2017 – The Royal Brunei Navy held a Signing Acceptance ceremony for the Post of Commandant Naval Training of Royal Brunei Navy for Captain Zil Husam bin Haji Abdul Rahman, RBN.
The ceremony was held at Pahlawan Lounge Area, RBN Headquarters witnessed by The Commander of RBN, First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Pengiran Norazmi Bin Pengiran Haji Muhammad.
Captain Zil Husam bin Haji Abdul Rahman was appointed as the Commandant of Naval Training, RBN on 21st August 2017 and he is the first Commandant for RBN Naval Training Center. Also in the attendance at the ceremony were the RBN Executive Board Members, RBN Headquarters Senior Officers and Naval Training Center Officers.
