United Kingdom, Tuesday 25 November 2014 – Lieutenant Colonel (L) Haji Suhailee bin Punggut and Major (L) Sonny Iskandar bin Rasani successfully completed the 10 days International Joint Operations Planning Course (IJOPC) at the Permanent Joint Headquarters, Northwood, UK. The course was from the 10th November till 21st November 2014.Both officers were proud for being awarded a certificate of attending the IJOPC.
There were a total of 24 international officers who were taught on the UK’s perspective of the principles, planning and conduct of Joint, Combined and Multi-National operations in an Integrated setting and at the Operational level. The course was a practitioner based.
The IJOPC is hope to provide military staffs with the knowledge when faced with a contingency or crisis that requires decisions and application of military knowledge and experience.
