MUARA, Wednesday, 15 November 2017– The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) welcomed Sungai Liang Primary School for their annual school activity. The group consisted of eighteen (18) students and six (6) teachers led by Cikgu Haji Shaifol bin Haji Jol.
The tour commenced at the Dewan Nakhoda, Naval Training Centre and was welcomed by Lieutenant Ak Lieutenant Ak Muhammad Saifullah bin Pg Abdullah, RBN Staff Officer Grade 3 Personnel and Admin who gave his opening remarks and followed by a short brief on introduction of RBN.
After the brief the students and teachers were brought to Jetty Bravo where the group were given a tour onboard KDB DARULEHSAN for a short visit. The visit started with a safety and platform brief by Lieutenant Junior Grade Farasul Waie bin Wadi, RBN, Officer Under Training KDB DARULEHSAN. The teachers and students also had the opportunity to tour the ship which includes the bridge, sick bay, engine room and flight deck.
To conclude the visit a group photo session was held at the Jetty Bravo before leaving the Muara Naval Base.
