FLEET AND BASE TEAMS DELIVERS THRILLING FINALE IN RBN FOOTBALL AND TUG-OF-WAR CHAMPIONSHIP 2026

MUARA NAVAL BASE, Friday, 08 May 2026 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) concluded its Football and Tug-of-War Tournament 2026 with an exciting and highly competitive finale held at the Mini Stadium, Naval Training Centre. The tournament, which ran from 04 to 08 May 2026, brought together four teams comprising Pangkalan A, Pangkalan B, Armada A, and Armada B in a spirited display of teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship.

ROYAL BRUNEI NAVY PARTICIPATES IN 14TH KEY LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT FOCUSING ON THE HUMAN ELEMENT IN A TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED MARITIME ENVIRONMENT

MUARA NAVAL BASE, 06 MAY 2026 – The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) participated in the 14th Multilateral Maritime Virtual Key Leadership Engagement (KLE) held virtually this morning, hosted by the U.S. Pacific Fleet. Representing the RBN was Yang Mulia First Admiral Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy. The KLE serves as a virtual platform for regional navies to exchange views and deliberate on matters of mutual interest concerning maritime security and multilateral cooperation.

RBN BASE WELCOMES NEW COMMANDING OFFICER
MUARA NAVAL BASE, FRIDAY, 1 MAY 2026 – The Base Department, Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), held a Taking Over Ceremony, marking the formal assumption of command by the new Commanding Officer Base (COB), Lieutenant Commander Dayangku Lyadia Ulandari binti Pengiran Haji Muhamad, RBN.
