The meeting, officiated by General Maung Maung Aye, Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy, and Air), focused on strengthening regional maritime security and cooperation.

| Royal Brunei Navy and Royal Brunei Air Force Engage in Subject Matter Expert Exchange, Ship Tour and Sports Interaction with USS Savannah | Muara Commercial Port, Saturday, 5th October 2024 - a joint delegation from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) team and the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) 1st Wing and 3rd Wing personnel, visited the USS Savannah at Muara Commercial Port yesterday. The visit involved an exchange of expertise on various naval and aerial operations as well as a guided tour of the USS Savannah, an Independence-variant Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), known for its agility and capability to operate in both near-shore and open-ocean environments.

| Royal Brunei Navy Participates in the 20th Asia Pacific Submarine Conference (APSC) 2024 in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. | Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, Monday, 30th September 2024 – Royal Brunei Navy officers headed by Commander Md Azrin bin Hj Mahmud, Chief of Staff RBN, joined 16 other nations as well as 3 external organizations for the 20th series of the Asia Pacific Submarine Conference. The conference has been successfully held from 30th September to 2nd October 2024 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and was inaugurated by the Commander of the Royal Malaysian Navy, Admiral Datuk Zulhelmy bin Ithnain.
