RBN BASE WELCOMES NEW COMMANDING OFFICER
MUARA NAVAL BASE, FRIDAY, 1 MAY 2026 – The Base Department, Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), held a Taking Over Ceremony, marking the formal assumption of command by the new Commanding Officer Base (COB), Lieutenant Commander Dayangku Lyadia Ulandari binti Pengiran Haji Muhamad, RBN.

FIVE RBN PERSONNEL AMONGST MINDEF’S INTENDING HAJ PILGRIMS AT THE JIWA MURNI CEREMONY 1447H/2026M
BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 30 April 2026 – The Ministry of Defence held the Jiwa Murni Ceremony, a presentation of contributions to 125 intending Haj pilgrims for the 1447H/2026M season at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison.

KUALA LUMPUR, WEDNESDAY, 30 APRIL 2025 – The Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Yang Mulia First Admiral Sahibul Bahari bin Haji Zainal Abidin, conducted an official working visit to Malaysia, with a visit to the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) Headquarters as one of the key programmes of the visit.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Wednesday, 29 April 2026 – Thirteen (13) personnel from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), comprising four (04) officers and nine (09) other ranks, were among the recipients of the State Honorary Medals of Brunei Darussalam bestowed upon officers and personnel of the Ministry of Defence in conjunction with His Majesty’s 79th Birthday. Of the 13 RBN personnel, eight (08) were awarded the Pingat Indah Kerja Baik (P.I.K.B.) and five (05) were awarded the Pingat Pahlawan Periwara (P.P.)

FLIGHT DECK READY: RBN COMPLETES PRISM DLQ COURSE
MUARA, Wednesday, 29 April 2026 – The PRISM Deck Landing Qualifications Course has successfully concluded with a closing ceremony held this morning onboard KDB DARULAMAN, graced by Commander Ade Roddiane bin Hj Mohd Rosdi, Deputy Fleet Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy, as the Guest of Honour.
