MUARA NAVAL BASE, Wednesday, 09 October 2024 - The Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) held a motivational talk entitled "Identity as a Military Personnel" at the Dewan Nakhoda, Naval Training Center (PLTL) which was delivered by the guest speaker, Cikgu Haji Ali Yusri bin Hj Abd Ghafor. Those present at the event consisted of male RBN officers where Captain Sahibul Bahri bin Haji Zainal Abidin, Fleet Commander RBN was present as the Guest of Honour.
The purpose of this talk is to create a turning point for them in living as more effective, proactive, and balanced member in addition to maintaining motivation and strengthening their identity as RBN personnel. The speaker also emphasized the importance of "Work-Life Balance" where a family must not be neglected no matter how busy one's life is, and he also highlighted maintaining a good balance between emotions and, physical and spiritual aspects of life as a military personnel. The ceremony ended with the presentation of souvenirs delivered by the guest of honor followed by a group photo session.
