- The Basic Clerk Course Series 1/2023 closing ceremony was held at the Nakhoda Hall of the Naval Training Centre (NTC). The guest of honour for the event was Lieutenant Dayangku Nur Bahirah binti Pengiran Haji Abdul Rahman, RBN, Executive Officer of KDB SYAFAAT. Also in attendance were RBN officers, chief clerks, instructors and senior ranks.
A total of 13 participants attended the course. The course was successfully conducted over five weeks from 19th January 2024 until 22nd February 2024 under the management of the Naval Training Centre, RBN. The course is mandatory for the candidates for their career progression. The Overall Best Student award was given to Private Mohammad Syafiq Firdaus bin Shahminan.
The course is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills necessary for RBN clerks and give them the capability to carry out basic tasks on the systems. The closing ceremony concluded with a recitation of the Quran and Doa and a group photo session with all the course participants and distinguished guests.
