MUARA, Tuesday, 16 August 2022 – Yang Mulia First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Spry bin Haji Serudi @ Haji Seruji, Commander Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) received a courtesy call from His Excellency Bernard Regnauld-Fabre, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of France to Brunei Darussalam.
During the call, both sides expressed appreciation on the friendly bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the French Republic since the establishment of diplomatic relations on 8 May 1984. The RBN places a high value on its relationship with the French Navy that continues to progress through various avenues, including port calls, Passage Exercises, and mutual attendance at multilateral events.
In the years ahead, Commander RBN looks forward to more avenues of cooperation and continue to work together in the field of defence.
