The insignia presentation was officiated by Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.

The Commander of the Royal Brunei Navy was accompanied by his spouse,Haniwati binti Haji Bakar ; Commander Ade Roddiane bin Haji Mohammad Rosdi, RBN, Deputy Fleet Commander, Royal Brunei Navy; and Lieutenant Mohammad Syafi’ie bin Othman, RBN, Second in Command Support Squadron, Royal Brunei Navy.
