BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sunday, 26 February 2023 - His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam graced the “Riadah Berbasikal Semangat Hari Kebangsaan" event held in conjunction with Brunei Darussalam's 39th National Day celebration organized by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.
Accompanying His Majesty were His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik and His Royal Highness 920 Maj (U) Prince 'Abdul Mateen.
106 personnel from Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) participated to support the event. Captain Haji Mohamad Sarif Pudin bin Matserudin, acting Commander of RBN along with RBN Executive Board also took part in the event.
The 11.50km cycling route began and concluded at the Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar 'Ali Saifuddien in the nation's capital, passing through some of the main sights in Bandar Seri Begawan.
