MUARA NAVAL BASE,
Friday, 06 January 2023 - The Officiation Ceremony of the Naval Inspectorate Cell of the Royal Brunei Navy's (RBN) new office took place today at the Alap-Alap building.
Present as Guest of Honour to officiate the new office was Commander Ali Mustafa Bin Haji Umar, Acting Head of Naval Inspectorate Cell. Also present at the ceremony were Officers, Senior Non-Commisioned Officers (SNCO) and Non-Commisioned Officers (NCO) of Naval Inspectorate Cell.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Petty Officer (PO) Adi Mohd Razidee Bin Hj Mohd Rashid. This was followed by the signing of the commemorative parchment and photo session.
The Guest of Honour took this opportunity to convey his appreciation and emphasized the significance of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHE) for all personnel of Naval Inspectorate Cell. The ceremony continued with the recitation of Doa Selamat, led by Able Rate Amirulhazri bin Abu Bakar.
The ceremony concluded with a visit to all offices in Naval Inspectorate Cell and light refreshment.
